Change Management Procedure

Production changes require a ticket, peer review, rollback plan, and CAB approval for high-risk classes. Changes touching CUI systems require security review. Maintenance windows are published weekly.

Emergency changes to contain active incidents may proceed with incident commander approval and must be documented within 24 hours, including post-change verification and retrospective CAB review.
