What to include
- Organization and whether you are a prime, supplier, or integrator
- Environment: single-machine, private network, or air-gap
- Edition interest: LASSX-GOV, LASSX-HLT, or LASSX-BUS
- Whether you are migrating from Open WebUI or another local RAG stack
- Identity source (OIDC/SAML) if already known
Do not send
Do not email real Controlled Unclassified Information, production customer data, or live credentials. Do not upload those into the public demo. The demo is a labeled product preview with sample retrieval.
How we reply
Sales and product questions go to the same inbox. We reply in English. This is not an on-call SOC mailbox and not a support SLA for production appliances — contracted pilots get a named operating cadence. If you already have a non-disclosure in place, say so in the first line so we do not ask you to repeat it.
