This notice describes how LASSX LLC handles information related to lassx.io, email to sales@lassx.io, and the interactive product demo.
Website
The marketing site is a static product presentation. We do not sell personal data. Hosting and CDN providers (for example, the platform serving this site) may process standard technical logs such as IP address, user agent, and request metadata for security and reliability.
Contact email
If you email sales@lassx.io or start a pilot conversation, we use the information you provide to respond and evaluate a potential engagement. We do not sell those messages.
Interactive demo
The public demo uses a local/demo database with seeded contractor knowledge for product walkthroughs. It is not a production processing environment for prospect CUI or production customer data. Do not upload real Controlled Unclassified Information or other sensitive operational data into the public demo.
Production deployments
When LASSX is deployed on customer infrastructure under a separate agreement, data residency and processing terms are governed by that agreement and the customer’s environment — not this public website.
